Our delivery times are the following:

Orders from Budapest: 1-4 workdays
Orders from other regions of Hungary: 1-7 workdays

If the ordered product is in stock, you can choose the Express Delivery option. This shipping method means that your package will arrive in some hours. 

Heavy building materials (bricks, tiles, paving stones)

The red signs on the product page indicate that we charge additional costs, and the given price is only the price of the product.

Changing the shipping address on the day of delivery has an additional cost. 

Budapest:

• Within district: 2000 HUF
• Outside district: 6 900 HUF

If the product or the package is visibly torn, broken, or injured, please inform the courier about it as soon as possible. He/She will get in touch with our transport organizer to find the perfect solution. In case of other product-related issues, feel free to contact our support! 

Within 14 days of ordering, we offer to repurchase the unused items with a 100% refund. All products should be in perfect condition and the packaging must be untouched. 
If you ask for repurchase after 14 days of ordering, we refund 85% of the original price of the products. 15% is the handling fee.

Signing our shipping contract means that we will take care of all the products you need. We will take the building materials to the place where you wish to use them in time, so you don't need to bother with them anymore.
